Once again Mum has cherry picked the most perfect gifts everrrr, from her recent few days away with her boyfriend for an anniversary.
As we’re both fans of all things Cath Kidston she purchased this set of 3 dotty pouches in small, medium and large in a white and blue design. In addition to this, the cartoon/emoji unicorn pen, as yes I still LOVE unicorns at 22 and no I am not ashamed. Last but not least is the wax meltlet – my word for it 😂 in an enticing red raspberry scent that’s good enough to eat!!!
I hope you like these pictures and have a fab weekend ✨
Recently we received a beautiful gift from the one and only Mr.Thompsons Bakery a hardworking team in Lancashire comprising of father and daughter, sharing a love for baking and making beautiful yet delicious products to sell from their workshop, online and on weekend stalls. To say my Mum was more than happy to receive this bumper box surprise full of tasty handmade goodies would be an understatement!! Especially with a mini bottle of wine bobbed in for good measure, she was very impressed 😂
My best friend is always choosing the cutest prezzies for my birthday ( although she doesn’t need to ) but if you are personally stuck for gift ideas, here is what she got me a 22 year old unicorn fanatic, tea queen and lover of sparkly.
I’m going to have the sleepy me tonight, looking forward to trying the other flavours as well!!
This is not to say I didn’t enjoy anyone else’s gift I just happened to choose this as one of my favourites.
Let me know if you’ve had any fav presents or if you have any unique gift suggestions I could use for others at Christmas ✨
Earlier this week Mum headed off with her Auntie to Edinburgh, for some girlie time over a few days looking around and having a refresher. Here’s some bits and bobs of what they’d been up to; going into the *must see* dungeons , visiting the Greyfriars Bobby statue, popping to the cinema to see ‘Viceroy’s house’, HolyRoodhouse, walking along the Royal Mile and helping themselves to the cocktail version for good measure…… One delectable favourite she brought back was a mint chocolate sweet treat from the Royal Yacht Brittania.
Anyhow, here are the thoughful gifts my Mum brought home for me as a memento of her time away this week, just liked to share them with you as a part token of appreciation ( I obviously thanked her very much in person too).
